With many years of Real Estate practice I have experienced either the variable benefits, or tedium , of training from multiple resources ( such as local, State, National Realtor Associations as well as in-house training and Paid Training from Keller Williams, Remax,T om Ferry, Craig Proctor, Mike Ferry- and others I don’t recall!)
I was astounded with my very first training session with Zim who Partnered with Spencer in the re-construction of TXR Homes !
Somehow Zim has a distinctive ability to consolidate significant information we have been exposed to in the past and distilling it to fundamental talk-aways in a quick and smooth manner. Additionally, Zim really understands that usually “Simple” is better than complexity. Another skill she has is to not tell her audience that you “must” include all of the techniques that can work for an activity— home in on what works well for you. Another unique teaching practice she has is to identify things you know you should have been doing but have not and zero in on, maybe, just one to practice well.
It is my opinion that Zim truly has a genuine interest in all of her Associates and you don’t feel like your are not one of the “Teachers favorites."
Zim is a tremendous asset for our new brokerage and I am confident that her training is going to bring both me and my "Associates" to higher skill levels.
