Spencer Lugash

Spencer Lugash is a California real estate Broker & real estate attorney with 25 years experience.  A graduate of Pepperdine School of Law, In 2012 Spencer co-founded Big Block Realty, a flat fee real estate brokerage headquartered in San Diego, California. Spencer served as COO, General Counsel and Broker of Record of Big Block Realty and was directly responsible for the daily oversight, training and supervision of over 850 real estate agents and thousands of real estate transactions. Spencer successfully exited the company in 2018 and subsequently created a new brokerage, TXR Homes. Spencer continues to build TXR Homes, where he serves as it’s CEO, General Counsel and Broker of Record.

Spencer was honored to be selected as the Broker of the Year by the San Diego Association of Realtor's in 2021. Spencer serves on various Boards of Directors, including the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Zoom Technologies and the Levitt & Quinn Family Law Center.

In addition, Spencer has and continues to serve as a real estate coach to thousands of California real estate agents and brokers on items such as compliance, risk management, operations and contract and disclosure training.
