Sean Park

Thanks for visiting me! I have been a licensed realtor in San Diego County since 2002. I first started working in the metro villages of North Park, Hillcrest, Kensington, University Heights and Mission Hills. I still work in those areas and maintain many past client relationships from my first years as a realtor. In 2005, I moved to North San Diego County, working in the coastal communities of Del Mar, Encinitas, Leucadia and La Jolla, and have worked also inland in communities such as Rancho Santa Fe, Poway, Rancho Bernardo and beyond.

What you need to know about me is I am diligent and professional. Integrity is an utmost priority to me…it is a way I keep my clients’ loyalty. Most of my business is return clients or client referrals, and I like it that way. If my clients like my work enough to come back or to refer a friend or family member, then I know I am doing it right.

For me, the most important part of my business relationship with my clients is my experience. I know real estate in San Diego. I also pride myself in maintaining a good reputation with other realtors. This is key in either buying or selling real estate. I love it when I know or have good past experience with a buyer’s agent or a list agent. I also love it when I know that my professional reputation extends to the other agents with which I work on behalf of my clients. It means that I can manage not only my clients’ expectations of how the transaction will go, but also manage the other side as well. A perfect escrow is when both sides are getting along well.
